Back on the streets, Charles decides to exact a little revenge - first by fucking his tormentors' women, then...well, you'll just have to see for yourself. Despite being a bit slow, heavy-handed and preachy, WELCOME HOME, BROTHER CHARLES isn't a bad flick for a lazy afternoon in front of the tube. It has a weird, almost surreal vibe...not to mention Charles' secret weapon.
