TRAILER - COBRA (1986)

George P. Cosmatos first teamed up with Stallone in RAMBO: FIRST BLOOD PART II, not a year later, they would together again in COBRA. Stallone wrote the script for this after drinking a 12 pack and shooting some roids. Only way to explain the cheesy dialogue ("your the disease...and I am the cure") and lame action scenes. Still, this has a secure spot in my annual viewing schedule. Cosmatos would go on to direct TOMBSTONE seven years later. Stallone would go on to make OVER THE TOP the next year.
