TRAILER - RODAN (1956)

Classic kaiju flick made when Toho Studios were still taking their science fiction films seriously. RODAN was their first monster movie in color. Special effects master Eiji Tsuburaya stages some great destruction sequences in this one, particularly during Rodan's rampage through Fukuoka City. The giant pterodactyl would go on to be a regular participant in the Godzilla series. A loud and colorful good time for monster fans.
