TRAILER - THE BLACK SCORPION (1957)

Today on the Daily Grindhouse we will be honoring Cinco de Mayo by showing the trailer for THE BLACK SCORPION; a monster movie set in Mexico. Featuring solid stop-motion animation effects by the great Willis "King Kong" O'Brien, and a solid cast of familiar B movie players, THE BLACK SCORPION is one of the better giant bug films to come out of the 1950s. The giant cavern sequence is particularly fun. And Mara Corday is alluring as ever. Salud!
